2019: Started all 52 games for the Wolves… Hit .242 with 39 hits, 28 runs scored, eight doubles, three homeruns, and 14 RBI… Notched a .318 on-base percentage and .348 slugging percentage… Added three stolen bases… Tallied a .951 fielding percentage with 117 putouts, 96 assists, and 11 errors…

2018: Appeared in all 51 games for the Wolves, starting 50 total… Led the team hitting .395 with 66 hits, 35 runs scored, 12 doubles, three triples, three homeruns, and 38 RBI… Added five stolen bases with a .557 slugging percentage and .454 on-base percentage… Fielded .942 with 123 putouts and 88 assists… Named to the NSIC All-Conference first team…

2017: Appeared in 26 games for the Wolves, making 13 starts in her sophomore season... Finished with 11 hits in 37 at bats for an average of .297... Recorded two doubles, one homerun, five RBIs and ten runs scored... Notched 25 putouts and 29 assists for a fielding percentage of .982... 

2016: Appeared in 23 games for the Wolves, making 13 starts... Recorded a batting average of .233 with ten hits in 43 at-bats... Connected for one double, four runs batted in... Scored six runs with two walks... Recorded 22 putouts and 42 assists from the field...

Prep: Courtney Sjerven, a native of Sidney, British Columbia, will graduate this spring from Lambrick Park Secondary. The utility players is a starter for the Lambrick Lions softball team. In 2014, Sjerven recorded a .322 average, .378 on base percentage, and .385 slugging percentage for the Lions. She was named to the Utah Adidas Futures Softball Tournament All-Star team in 2012, and is a two time Canadian Little League Champion. Her 2012 Canadian Little League squad placed second at the World Series. Courtney adds achievement in the classroom as a member of the honor roll. She is the daughter of Todd and Jo Ann Sjerven, and has two brothers and one sister.
