2014: Appeared in 11 games, starting nine for the Wolves… Tallied two tackles… Recorded five carries for 55 yards and one touchdown… Third on the team with 50 receptions for 504 yards and five touchdowns… Recorded a season high 111 receiving yards versus No. 4 Minnesota Duluth… Led the team with 22 kick returns for 689 yards… Led the team with 1248 all-purpose yards… Named NSIC All-Conference second team North Division

Prep: A 2011 All-Big Sioux Conference, All-State and Argus Leader Elite 45 selection, Barber joins his twin brother Channing in committing to the Wolves' football squad for 2012. Zachery Barber helped lead the Dell Rapids Quarriers to three state titles in 2008, 2010 and 2011. Barber ran for more than 1,200 yards and 17 touchdowns in 2011, while averaging 22 yard per catch through the air. He also earned honorable mention all-state and Elite 45 honors in 2010 and was the Joe Robbie MVP of the 2010 state championship game. Also a stand-out on the track, he was a member of the Quarriers' 4x100-meter relay squad that won the state title in 2010 as part of the overall team title at the state meet. Barber was also a member of the DRHS basketball team that finished third at the state tournament in 2011.
