Pre-NSU: Wade James is a 6-foot-1 kicker out of Century High School and Dickinson State University. As a prep, James earned WDA All-Conference honors is 2020. He also recorded a personal best 43-yard field goal. James was a member of the back-to-back Conference Championship teams at Dickinson State. In 2022 he tallied 14 made field goals in 17 attempts with a 53-yard long. In addition, James averaging 57.5 yards per kickoff and converted 42 PATs. He was a 4-time conference special teams player of the week, the NAIA player of the week, and an all-conference member. He is the son of Jamie Stevenson.
