Biography

Prep: A three-sport athlete for the Eureka HS Patriots, Rau is a 4-year starter and 3-time all-conference performer in football, and was named to the All-Area and All-State squads as a senior this past fall.  He also picked up his team’s Lineman of the Year award and was the Patriots’ MVP as a junior.  Rau recorded 209 career tackles, including 89 as a senior.  He also earned three letters in basketball and four in track and field.  Outside activities for Rau include the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Honor Society and Youth Fellowship, where he served as the vice president.
