Pre-NSU:  Clancy comes to NSU after a 2-year career at Santa Rosa Junior College in Santa Rosa, Calif.  He helped the SRJC Bear Cubs to an 8-3 record in 2008, including a 28-20 win over Sierra in the season-finale Premiere Bank Bowl.
