Prep: Max Van Landingham is a 6-foot-4, 220-pound defensive end out of Fred J. Page High School. He was a 2-year starter and senior team captain for the Patriots under the direction of head coach Charles Rathbone. As a senior, Van Landingham recorded 80 tackles, 7.5 tackles for a loss, and 3.5 sacks. He added two forced fumbles, two blocked kicks, and one interception. Van Landingham was named Region 5-5A all-region on the defensive line. The Patriots were back-to-back region champions. He is the son of Monica and Ken Van Landingham and brother of NSU football student-athlete Jacob Van Landingham.
