Biography

Pre-NSU: Lorenzo Jones Jr. is a 6-foot, 185-pound defensive back out of Edgewater High School and Minnesota State University Mankato. He was a 2-year starter for his prep program, the EHS Eagles under the direction of head coach Cameron Duke. In his two seasons with the Mavericks, Jones recorded 53 tackles, three fumble recoveries, two forced fumbles, one sack, and one pass break-up. MSU reached the semifinal round of the NCAA Tournament in the fall of 2024. He is the son of Brenda Brown.
