He was a 3-year starter and senior team captain for the Panthers under the direction of head coach John Stewart. Skelly was honored on the Minnesota Vikings All-State team and All-Metro squad, and named the Northwest Suburban Conference MVP. He is the son of Timothy and Melody Skelly.
