Prep: Kai Rigdon is a 6-foot-2, 280-pound defensive lineman out of Ferris High School. He was a 3-year starter and team captain for the Yellowjackets under the direction of head coach Steven Greek. In his final two seasons, Rigdon tallied 157 tackles, including 29.0 tackles for a loss and 13.0 sacks. Rigdon is a first team all-district selection, academic all-district team member, All-NETSAC honoree, and All-Evergreen pick. He was a member of the Ferris High School team to win the first state playoff game in 20 years. He is the son of Nicholas and Ashley Rigdon. His father earned a graduate degree from Northern State.
