Biography

Prep: Elbe is a 2-time All-West Central Conference selection a 2010 Honorable Mention All-State pick out of Minnewaska Area High School.  As a senior captain, Elbe recorded 26 catches for 416 yards and six touch downs at the tight end position.  Defensively, he was in on 83 tackles, forced three fumbles and blocked two kicks.  Elbe also played basketball and baseball for the Lakers, earning three letters in each sport.
