Pre-NSU: Emeka Jillani Ogakwu is a 6-foot-2, 325-pound defensive tackle out of Lutheran High School (Indiana) and Ball State. As a prep, Ogakwu was a 3-year starter for the Saints under the direction of coaches Shane Wyant and Dave Pasch. He was the Crossroads Conference Offensive MVP and listed in the state's top-50. Ogakwu also played four seasons at Ball State, who won the 2020 MAC Championship. He is the son of Sylvia Jillani.
