Ted Hall

Ted Hall joined the Wolves’ football staff as the defensive line coach in 2007 and took over the offensive line in January of 2008. Hall is no stranger to the Northern Sun Conference or the Dakotas. He began his collegiate coaching career at Wayne State College in 2004 and spent two seasons as offensive line coach for the Wildcats. From there, Hall went to MSU Moorhead and worked with the Dragons’ offensive line for two seasons.

Born in Milwaukee, Wis., Hall started his collegiate playing career at the University of South Dakota before transferring to North Dakota State University.  The two-time All-North Central Conference pick helped the Bison take home the 1985 NCAA Division II national championship. Hall was declared a First-Team All-American by FOOTBALL NEWS and was a second team Associated Press selection.  Hall also helped the Bison to a national runner-up finish in the 1984 season.

Hall graduated from MSU Moorhead in 1987 with a degree in Business Administration. He spent 14 years working in management of Frito Lay, Inc. and EcoLab. Hall spent seven years as an assistant football coach at West Monona High School (IA) and Shanley High School in Fargo, ND.

Hall was also recently inducted into the NDSU Hall of Fame.

Ted and his wife, Sherri, have three children, Katie, Kristin, and Teddy., who plays football for the Wolves.
