Patrick Sweeney enters his second season with the NSU football program in the fall of 2017.
In his first season with the Wolves, Sweeney worked with the corner backs and All-Conference first team and Don Hansen All-American Channing Barber. Under Sweeney's direction, Barber was also named to the D2CCA and Don Hansen All-Region teams.
Sweeney joins the Wolves after spending the past two years as a football and basketball coach at Worland High School in Wyoming.
Prior to returning to Wyoming, Sweeney attend Dickinson State University where he played five years for the Blue Hawks. The outside linebacker earned his degree in Exercise Science with a minor in coaching.
