Prep: Corrina Coppersmith is a 5-foot-2, utility player out of Chaska High School. She was a 4-year starter for the Hawks under the direction of head coach Dennis Draughn. As a junior, Coppersmith hit .429 with 24 RBI, seven doubles, and four homeruns. She was selected to the Metro West All-Conference team and Section 2AAAA All-Section team. In addition, Coppersmith was a member of the Minnesota A's club program, hitting over .350 in ecah of her two seasons with a combined 27 RBI, 20 doubles, and five homeruns. She is the daughter of Glenn and Melanie Coppersmith.
