Pre-NSU: Andrew Niaves is a 5-foot-10 catcher and outfielder out of Oregon High School and Bismarck State College. At Bismarck State College, Niaves earned an all-conference and all-region selection while being a team captain for two seasons as well as setting the record for most doubles. In his prep years, Niaves was on the first team all-conference in his senior season.He is the son of Carrie Spilde and Juan Niaves.
