Pre-NSU: James Glenn is a 6-foot-3, 175-pound guard out of Southeast Polk High School and Des Moines Area Community College. As a prep, Glenn was a 3-year starter and team captain for the Rams. He played two seasons with the DMACC Bears averaging 12.3 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game in 2023-24. Glenn shot 49.3% from the floor, 44.3% from the 3-point line, and 87.8% from the foul line last season. He earned ICCAC All-Conference second team honors as a sophomore, leading DMACC to third and fifth place finishes at the national tournament. He is the son of Richard and Jeanne Glenn.
