Prep: Jacie Flockhart is a 5-foot-8 diver out of Boone High School. She was a 4-year starter and team captain for the Toreadors under the direction of Meg Otting. Flockhart was a 4-time state qualifier, 4-time all-conference recipient, conference champion, and region champion. She holds the Boone High School records in the 6 Dive and 11 Dive. Flockhart will be the first Northern State diver in over ten years. She is the daughter of Rona Crook and Trent Flockhart.
