2009-2010: NSU redshirt...
2007-08: Surat had a solid sophomore season as the main stronghold of the 125 lb. weight class for the Wolves. He finished out the year with a final record of 10-10 and had big victories over opponents from in-state rival Augustana College and St. Cloud State University.
2006-07: Surat went 13-21 his freshman year.
High School: Graduated from Aberdeen Central High School in 2006 ... won a state championship his junior year and finished as a runner-up his senior year ... had a career record of 118-22 in four years of competition ... also a cross country athlete at Central High School ... named Academic All-State and a Scholar/Honor athlete.
Personal: Son of Curtis Surat and Donna Ducheneaux...born October 6, 1987...biology major (Pre-Med)....
