2010: Saw action in 13 matches before injury cut her season short. Recorded 144 kills, good enough for a 3.0 kills per set average. Had a career high 20 kills against St. Cloud on September 18. Had 169 assists, good enough for  3.52 assists per set average. Also recorded 13 service aces. Amber scored 163 points in a total of 48 sets.

2009:  Saw action in 17 of NSU's 29 matches this season...   Recorded 24 total digs through 39 sets...   Recorded six service aces and 56 kills for the Wolves and was in on nine total blocks.

2008: Saw action in 13 of NSU's 30 matches on the season... Recorded 40 total digs through 26 sets (1.54 per set), including a season-high 11 digs on Sept. 20 against Augustana... Also recorded three service aces and 10 kills for the Wolves and was in on four total blocks.

High School: Bloom was a four sport athlete at Carlton High School in Carlton, Minn.. Bloom lettered four years in volleyball, being named All-Conference three consecutive years. She was named All-State Academic her junior and senior seasons. Bloom lettered four years in basketball and was a 1,000 point scorer. She ranks fourth all time for scoring at CHS. She also lettered two years in track and one year in softball.
