2008: Saw time in 13 total games as a true freshman, starting one... Recorded her first and only goal of the season in that start, helping the Wolves to an 8-0 victory over Mount Marty...Took a season and career-high three shots in that game, two of which were on goal... Three of her five shots on the year were on goal.

High School: Opsahl is a 2008 graduate of Yankton High School in Yankton S.D. Opsahl was a four year letterwinner and a two year captain in soccer. She was named an All-State member in both her junior and senior seasons. Opsahl was a State qualifier in all four years in gymnastics, track, and soccer.
