2016-17: Appeared in 24 games, making four starts for the Wolves… Averaged 5.6 points and 2.2 rebounds per game… Shot 40.2 percent from the floor, 39.7 from the arc, and 65.0 percent from the foul line… Recorded a career high 18 points versus Bemidji State on Dec. 9… Notched four games of double figure scoring… Added 30 assists, two blocks, and six steals on the year…

2015-16: Appeared in 29 games for the Wolves, starting 13 on the year… Averaged 6.1 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game… Shot 45.6 percent from the floor, 41.8 percent from the arc, and 73.2 percent from the foul line… Scored a career high ten points on four occasions… Pulled down a career high six rebounds versus SMSU on Feb. 24… Recorded 15 games shooting 50.0 percent or better from the floor… Combined for 177 points, 78 rebounds, 33 assists, six blocks, and five steals…

Prep: Fries has averaged 18.5 points, over five rebounds and six assists per game the last two seasons for the Lions. He was a second team all-state selection in 2013 and a first team honoree following the 2014 campaign. Fries was also named to the State B All-Tournament Team the last two seasons and was an all-conference and all-area selection following 2013 and 2014.
