2016-17: Record personal bests of 36.78 in the 300m and 49.90 in the 400m… Was a member of the winning 4x400m relay team at the indoor Bison Classic, Cobber Duals, and Nebraska Tune-up… Earned All-Conference as a member of the second place 4x400m relay at the NSIC Indoor Championships… Won the 400m dash from the NSU Twilight… Was a member of the winning 4x400m relay at the NSU Twilight… Notched his second All-Conference honors of the year, finishing second in the 4x400m relay at the NSIC Outdoor Championships…

Career and Season Bests

High school: Zach is a mid-distance runner with personal bests of 50.55 in the 400m, 22.84 in the 200m, and 2:05 in the 800m. He was a 6 time state placer and an 8 time conference champion. Zach was on the honor roll his freshman and sophomore year.
