Biography

2008: Played in just ten matches before suffering a season-ending injury in NSU's home opener on Sept. 19... Helped lead Wolves to a 9-1 record before going down with the injury... Was named to the All-Tournament Teams for her play in both of NSU's pre-season tournaments... Also tabbed as the NSIC Player of the Week on Sept. 2... Recorded 128 kills through 37 sets (3.46 kills per set) and 13 service aces to go along with 28.0 total blocks... Ended with 155.5 total points on the season... Had a season-high 19 kills in a 3-2 win over Newman in the opening weekend of the season... Also had 18 kills and a season-best 16 digs in a 3-1 win over Montana State-Billings just before her injury.

2007:
Aden was a force in the middle again in the 2007 season ... played in every game this season and lead the team’s net play ... finished first in hitting and blocking ... ended the season with 353 kills, averaging 3.39 kills per game ... had a career high 23 kills against MSU Moorhead on September 28 ... also had the highest hitting percentage on the team, hitting .216 on the season ... her finest hitting performance was against St. Martin’s on August 24th when she finished the match with 12 kills and zero errors in 22 attempts ... Aden finished with 93 total blocks, averaging 0.89 blocks per game ... tallied 5+ blocks 8 times in 2007 ... Aden was third on the team in ace serves with 30.   

2006: Aden stepped into a new role as a middle blocker with confidence in 2006, quickly becoming one of the NSIC’s best blockers ... played in every game in 2006, averaging 1.14 blocks per game, good for third in the NSIC and best on the team ... tallied 5+ blocks 14 times in 2006 and put down a career high nine blocks twice, the last time being against Winona State on October 6, 2006 ... was NSU’s second-leading hitter with 318 kills, including a career high 22 kills against MSU Moorhead in the NSIC Tournament on November 2, 2006.

2005: Played in 23 matches for the Wolves her freshman season ... marked 100 kills ... showed potential to be a great blocker, coming up with 50 roofs on the season ... notched season high marks of 11 kills and six blocks twice each.

High School: Team captain her senior year, was a South Central All-Conference selection her sophomore through senior years at St. James High School. There the six-footer helped the Saints win their conference championships in both the 2002 and 2004 seasons. Aden also participated in basketball and track at SJHS.
