Frost comes to the Wolves after a high school career that saw him earn five letters on the mat, four on the gridiron and two in track and field. The Gettysburg High School placed three times at the state tournament, including one runner-up finish. He served as the team captain for two years and earned his team's MVP, Outstanding Wrestler and Most Improved awards through the course of his career.
