Previously
Finizio is a 2011 graduate of Stillwater High School. Although she did not play for the SHS Ponies, Finizio, a 5-foot-11 outside hitter, has played for several elite club teams, including Minnesota One, Minnesota Select and Northern Lights clubs. Currently a private lesson instructor at the River Valley Athletic Club, Finizio was also awarded the Best Teammate Award at the 2007 Wisconsin Dells tournament. Off the court, Finizio is extensively involved in community service work and has served as a volunteer counselor and lifeguard at God's Mountain Bible Camp since 2007. She also served as the team manager for the Stillwater High School wrestling squad as a junior and senior.
