2007-08: Competed in all nine meets on the season…strongest events include the 200 IM, 100 backstroke and the 100 butterfly…had top times of 2:28.92 in the 200-yard IM, 1:09.98 in the 100-yard backstroke and 1:08.15 in the 100-yard butterfly…was named NCC Co-Swimmer of the Week for the week of Feb. 12…set ten individual school records.
High School: Is a 2007 graduate of Watertown High School … she competed in swimming for several years and has earned numerous letters in the sport … received the Dolphin Award, the Most Improved award and the Old Olympic Jacket award from her team … is a Regent’s Scholar and was also part of the South Dakota All-State Orchestra … member of the National Honor Society and 4-H Club, among other organizations.
Personal: Born February 16, 1989 to parents Donna and Craig Speidel … has two siblings
