2008-09:  Played in 28 of the team's 30 games on the season, making 22 starts... Hampered by nagging injuries throughout the season... Averaged 8.9 points per game, fourth on the team... Also averaged 3.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists per contest... Led the team with 73 total assists... Notched a 1.2 assist-to-turnover ratio... Handed out eight assists to go along with 11 points against Winona State on Jan. 2... Connected on 93 of 173 attempts (53.8 percent) from the floor... Scored a season-high 20 points in the Wolves' NSIC tournament quarterfinal upset victory over Southwest Minnesota State on March 4... Went 7-for-11 from the floor and was a perfect 6-for-6 from the line in that game... Followed it up with a 16-point, 7-assist effort on March 7 in the Wolves' overtime loss to Minnesota State in the semifinals of the post-season tournament... Finished the season ranked 9th in the conference in field goal shooting percentage and 14th in assists per game... Was also 7th in the conference games only statistics in shooting percentage (55.7 percent) and 12th in assists (2.74 per game).

2007-08:  Schwan played in and started every game of the season except the final game of the year ... he was the team’s leading player for assists, dishing 83 on the year ... scored 207 points for a 6.5 ppg average ... shot 48.9% from the field ... averaged 2.1 rebounds per game and had 15 assists ... named All-Academic NSIC.

2006-07: NSU redshirt

2005-06: Schwan played in 32 games and started 12 in 2005-06 ... averaged 23.9 minutes per game ... averaged 5.3 points per game ... 1.8 rebounds per game ... 56 rebounds. .. 90 assists and 27 steals ... scored a career high in points with 17 against Mount Marty College on November 16, 2005.

2004-05: Redshirted...

2003-04: Played in all 31 games for the Wolves as a true freshman, averaging 17.4 minutes per game … dished out 45 assists on the year and grabbed 51 rebounds … averaged 3.5 points per game and recorded a game high 12 points against Augustana on December 12th.

High School: Three-time All-Conference pick in basketball at Roncalli High School ... averaged 23 points, 4.5 assists, three rebounds and two steals per game as a senior ... guided his team to 2002 District and Region championships ... 2003 All-State honoree ... 2002 summer All-American team member ... South Dakota Mr. Basketball nominee ... also an All-Conference performer in cross country and participant in track ... member of the student council, mentors, National Honor Society and Academic All-State selection.
