NORTHERN STATE STORYLINES 
  • Northern State sits at 8-16 (0-8) through two weeks of NSIC play, dropping two games each to Concordia-St. Paul and St. Cloud State over the weekend 
  • Through 24 games, the Wolves have chalked 92 runs, 163 hits, 81 RBIs, 26 doubles, five triples, eight home runs and eight stolen bases (.273 team batting average) 
  • In the field, NSU has collected 452 putouts and 177 assists while tallying 80 strikeouts on the mound and an average ERA of 5.30 
  • Batting cleanup, senior Tevan Bryant is coming off a three-hit performance in NSU's extra-inning loss to the Huskies 
  • This season, Bryant's batting average of .370 is the highest among the Wolves while also leading the team in home runs (four) and RBIs (26) 
  • In the five-hole and at first base, freshman Sydney Anderson has made a huge impact for the team, both at the plate and in the field, tallying three runs, 16 hits, one double, one triple, one home run, four RBIs and 91 putouts (leads team), while batting a .356 (second highest for NSU) 
  • Aune Boben leads the team in hits with 28 (.350 average) this season while tallying 16 runs and 14 RBIs 
  • Boben's presence is seen in the field as well, chalking 46 putouts (third highest among Wolves) and 19.1 innings pitched on the mound 
  • At both shortstop and second base, freshman Alicia Jeanson has notched 42 putouts and 53 assists (leads team) while recording a team-high 17 runs at the leadoff spot in the batting order 
  • At the rubber, Mckenzie Wanner has seen the most action (77.1 IP), recording 56 strikeouts and holds NSU's lowest ERA (3.80) 
 
MINNESOTA CROOKSTON STORYLINES 
  • The Golden Eagles are 9-24 this season, splitting their last doubleheader with Augustana 
  • Minnesota Crookston has recorded 127 runs, 233 hits, 108 RBIs, 49 doubles, 10 triples, four home runs and 30 stolen bases this season (.269 average) through 33 games 
  • In the field, the team has rallied for 632 putouts, 264 assists and 117 strikeouts on the mound
