Burnsville, Minn. – The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference regular season concluded this evening with the Northern State men and women qualifying for the NSIC Basketball Tournament, which opens Wednesday, February 25. The Northern men and women each earned the seventh seed in the tournament and will host the opening round from Wachs Arena. All Wolves Club season tickets are valid for home regular season contests only. With Northern State hosting the first round of the NSIC Basketball Tournament, season ticket holders are required to purchase a ticket for the contest. Wolves Club members will be able to sit in their reserved seat, and reserved parking passes will be honored. Tickets for the first round contests will go on sale at 12 p.m. on Sunday, February 22 at
nsuwolves.com/tickets.
Tickets are $19 for adults and $4 for students, while children 5 and under admitted free.
NORTHERN STATE WOMEN
The Northern State women earned the seventh seed, going 11-11 in the NSIC this season. The Wolves will host tenth-seeded MSU Moorhead on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. from Wachs Arena. NORTHERN STATE MEN
The Wolves men earned the seventh seed as well, holding a 12-10 record in league action. The tenth-seeded Moorhead men's team will return to Wachs Arena for the second time this season, tipping off at 7:30 p.m. against the Wolves. NSIC BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT DETAILS
The 2026 NSIC Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament is scheduled for February 28–March 3 at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with the league tipping off its 27th conference tournament.

On Saturday, February 28, the NSIC and Sanford Sports Basketball Academy will host a
FREE clinic for boys and girls in grades 3–8. The clinic will run from 9:00–10:30 a.m., leading into the quarterfinal games beginning at 11 a.m. Each participant will receive a free NSIC T-shirt. Registration is limited to the first 100 participants. Participants wearing their clinic T-shirt will receive free entry to Saturday's sessions, and family members will have the opportunity to purchase discounted adult tickets for Saturday's games.
