LOPEZ, WESTALL CONTINUE THEIR TIME IN NWCA NATIONAL RANKINGS

Manheim, Pa. – The National Wrestling Coaches Association released the fourth installment of the individual and team national rankings of the season today; and the final of the regular season. Northern State University is receiving votes in the poll with two wrestlers ranked in their respective weights.
 
Rudy Lopez sits in 11th at 149-pounds with a 16-4 record this season, while Brady Westall sits in 13th at 184-pounds with a 26-9 record.
 
Heading into the NCAA Super Region V Tournament next Saturday, February 28 in Marshall, Minnesota, the region leads the way 27 individually ranked competitors, as well as ranked teams in No. 6 Parkside, No. 7 Augustana, No. 9 St. Cloud State, No. 14 UMary, No. 25 Minnesota State, and (RV) Northern State.
 
This edition of the poll includes matches as of Feb. 16, 2026. The final edition of the poll will be released Friday, March 7 and will reflect the seeds for the 2026 NCAA Division II National Championships. The Division II Super Regionals are up next, with the top three wrestlers in each of the six Super Regionals qualifying out of each site Feb. 28 and March 1.
