Lexington, Ky. – The American Volleyball Coaches Association released the first regular season Taraflex Top-25 Coaches' Poll on Monday with Northern State University moving to No. 22. The Wolves opened the season at No. 25 in the preseason release and went 4-0 last weekend at the Chadron State Invite. Northern scored 256 points in the poll.
NSU is joined by NSIC opponents No. 9 Southwest Minnesota State, No. 10 St. Cloud State, and No. 11 Concordia-St. Paul, and No. 25 Wayne State. In addition, three regional opponents are on the list including No. 4 Central Oklahoma, No. 8 Nebraska Kearney, and No. 12 Washburn.
