Burnsville, Minn.  – For the second time this season, Northern State University graduate student Rianna Fillipi is the NSIC Player of the Week. Fillipi and the Wolves closed out the regular season with a pair of wins against Sioux Falls and No. 17 Southwest Minnesota State.
 
NSIC Player of the Week - #3 Rianna Fillipi (G, 5-8, Gr., Lennox, S.D. / Lennox HS)
- Led the Wolves offense during their weekend sweep against Sioux Falls and #17 SMSU
- Averaged 26.0 points and 7.5 rebounds per game while adding 13 assists and four steals
- Connected on 22-of-40 shots from the floor and 6-of-7 from the foul line
- Broke the program record for career steals 
- Set a new career-high in scoring (27) in the win against USF
- Notched her first double-double of the season with 27 points and ten rebounds against USF
- Was first on the team against #17 SMSU with 25 points and eight assists
- Named NSIC Player of the Week for the second time this season (1/6/25)
