Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State University head volleyball coach
Brent Aldridge announced the signing of Addie Leach today out of Hudson, Wisconsin. She will join
Alex Connatser (Tampa, Fla.), Logan Fredrickson (Detroit Lakes, Minn.), and Katelyn Schroeder (Tulare, S.D.) as new additions to the 2025 roster.
"Addie simply put is the type of competitive athlete that will thrive in our systems and training," explained Aldridge. "She is a very good athlete that wants to get better and be in the gym daily. She also is a very goal-oriented and driven player. As an athletic yet undersized outside hitter in high school she reminds me of players that we have trained in our gym that make the transition to DS/Libero easily because they know how to work and are athletic enough to make the changes necessary to compete in our gym, as well as the NSIC.
During the recruiting process it was apparent that Addie is not only a great student but also a very great person and teammate. I am really excited to get her in the gym with our team and our other 2025 recruits next fall."
