Izzy Moore, the Wolves earned their first NSIC win over Minot State, 68-62. In the game, Northern State recorded 68 points, 32 rebounds, 13 assists, seven steals and a pair of blocks. The Wolves shot 46.2% from the floor, 36.8% from long range and 92.9% from the charity stripe.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After trailing going into the fourth quarter, Northern State rallied with a 23-point showcase in the final quarter
- After two made free throw attempts by Moore, Telia Graham scored six points in just over two minutes to maintain the lead for the Wolves, but the Beavers had one last run in them
- With just under a minute and a half left in the game, Lara Dobbins of MiSU tallied a layup and then a steal, while Taryn Hamling put up a three-point dagger to get Minot State within two points
- Moore then tallied on three more free throws to secure the win for the Wolves
- Moore was spectacular all game, recording 30 points, eight boards and two assists while shooting 64.7% from the field, 75% from beyond the arc and a perfect 100% from the line
- Taylor Tool followed suit with ten points, shooting 57.1% from the floor and 50% from 3-point land
- Both Morgan Fiedler and Lily Klein got their teammates involved, recording four assists each, while Fiedler finished with seven points and Klein followed with five
- Graham was a perfect 3-for-3 from the field, tallying six points in the game, while teammate Reagan Rus recorded six as well with three boards
- For the Beavers, Hamling led the way with 21 points in the game, while Dobbins followed with 12
- Throughout the game, Minot State recorded eight 3-pointers, with Hamling making five of them
