Burnsville, Minn. – For the third time this season Abby Brooks earned NSIC Player of the Week honors, however grabbed her first Defensive POW award following a career weekend.
 
NSIC Defensive Player of the Week - #7 Abby Brooks (MH, 6-2, Gr., Madison, S.D. / Madison HS)
- Led the NSIC averaging 2.17 blocks per set against CSP and WSU
- Tallied 13 total blocks, including a weekend high nine against Winona State
- Broke the NSU career assisted blocks record against the Warriors, holding 343 in her career
- Added eight kills and one dig on the weekend
- Leads the NSIC in both total blocks (98) and blocks per set (1.20) this season
