Wayne, Neb. – The Northern State University volleyball team lost on the road Saturday against No. 3 Wayne State. The Wolves drop their last match of the regular season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Northern State falls in a 4-set match against the Wildcats
- Wayne State won with set scores of 25-17, 23-25, 25-19, and 25-13
- NSU scored 60 points and had 51 kills, 45 assists, and 72 digs, hitting .189 as a team
- The Wolves allowed 65 kills, 54 assists, 10 blocks, seven aces and a .344 team hitting percentage
- Linnea Nesheim led the Wolves on offense with 16 kills, she also had nine digs and a block
- Natalia Szybinska and Abby Brooks added 10 kills each and led the team with a .563 and a .444 attack percentage respectively
- Ava Nilsson had 41 of the team's 45 assists, she also recorded 16 digs and three kills
- Abby Schauer led the team on defense with 26 digs
- Schauer and Sara Moberg each tallied two aces
