NORTHERN STATE STORYLINES

  • Northern State heads into the weekend with a 6-4 record overall and 3-2 mark in the NSIC North
  • The Wolves are averaging 221.3 yards rushing, 231.6 yards passing, and 452.9  yards of total offense per game with conversion rates of 52.1% on third down and 58.8% on fourth down
  • Northern has 19 rushing touchdowns and 23 receiving touchdowns on the year
  • The NSU defense has forced ten interceptions, 28 sacks, and five fumbles, holding their opponents to conversion rates of 44.8% on third down and 65.0% on fourth down
  • Brock Bagozzi and Daniel Britt have shared snaps all season throwing for 1254 and 1044 yards respectively
  • Britt is also second on the team rushing for 593 yards, behind Wyatt Block who surpassed 1000 yards last weekend against Minot State
  • Block has 1081 total rushing yards this season, averaging 6.7 yards per carry with six touchdowns

  • The UJ defense has forced seven interceptions, seven sacks, and seven fumbles in 2025
  • Cole Hentges leads the offense this season with 1497 yards passing and 11 touchdowns, recording a completion rate of 57.0%, as well as 611 yards rushing with seven touchdowns
  • Zach Hammett is the only other rusher with over 100 yards this season, recording 332 with four touchdowns
