Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University softball team will host their annual Home Run Derby Fundraiser on Saturday October 11 from 1-4 p.m. at Koehler Hall of Fame Field. The event offers a variety of ways to participate through home run swing attempts, general raffles, a silent auction, and raffle board. HOME RUN DERBY SWINGS

Each swing purchased in the home run derby gives the participant one valid raffle ticket. Each home run hit gives the participant five extra raffle tickets. Pricing is outlined below, as well as raffle ticket gift baskets.

• 5 Swings = $15
• 10 Swings = $25
• 15 Swings = $30
• 20 Swings = $50
• 30 Swings = $70
• 1 NSU Student Swing = $1
• 1 NSU Softball Student-Athlete Swing = $5

Raffle tickets can be purchased separately for the gift basket raffle on top of or in place of swing purchases. Need not be present at the Home Run Derby to win.
