LOGAN, HOFER NAMED ARMY NATIONAL GUARD ATHLETES OF THE WEEK

Aberdeen, S.D. - Northern State's Cooper Logan (football) and Jaylee Hofer (soccer) are this week's South Dakota Army National Guard Athletes of the Week following their performances last weekend.

Logan led Northern State with a career high 13 tackles against Bemidji State. He tallied ten solo stops and 1.0 tackle for a loss of two yards. The South Dakota native added his first career interception with the Beavers in the redzone on 2nd and 11 in the first quarter.

Hofer led Northern State with a pair of goals against MSUM and UMC. She tallied seven total shots, including four on goal for a .571 shot on goal percentage. Both goals came in the 4-1 win over the Dragons.
