Manheim, Pa. -  The National Wrestling Coaches Association released their 2025-26 preseason Division II Coaches Rankings today, with Northern State University receiving votes and two wrestlers individually ranked.
 
The Wolves earned four votes in the team poll, while Sloan Johannsen and Rudy Lopez are ranked at their respective weights. Johannsen sits at No. 13 in the 125-pound weight class, while Lopez is ranked No. 11 in the 149-pound weight class.
 
Northern opens their season next Sunday, November 2 at the UJ Jimmie Open.
