Bismarck, N.D. – The Northern State University wrestling team suffered their second NSIC loss of the season on Friday evening, fall to the No. 11 Marauders of UMary. The Wolves tallied three decision wins in the dual that had just one bonus point match.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Marauders opened the match with three straight wins, recording a pair of decisions at 125 and 141 pounds, as well as a technical fall at 133-pounds
- No. 4 Wyatt Turnquist turned the tides, defeating Trae Thilmony in an 11-4 decision
- Griffin Lundeen continued to cut into the UMary lead in the fifth bout of the evening, defeating Kaden Renner 6-3 in the first overtime period
- UMary responded with two decision victories at 165 and 174 pounds, taking a 17-6 lead in the dual with three bouts remaining
- Damen Pape battled with Dante Roggio scoring 5-points in the final period for his 15th win of the season; an 8-3 decision that brough the Wolves within six
- Matt Kaylor of UMary sealed the dual for the Marauders at 197-pounds with a decision win over Tyson Lien, and No. 8 Luke Tweeton extended that lead in the final bout
