BERRY'S THOUGHTS HEADING INTO 2025

  • On the team: "There is a lot to be excited about with this year's team. We return a lot of our offense from last year and we feel we have added some pop to the line-up. We have a veteran group who has seen what the NSIC is all about and they are looking forward to the challenges we will see. We have a younger group on the mound, so we are excited to see these newcomers compete. We are excited and looking forward to getting back on the field. This group makes it fun to come to work every day. Go Wolves!"
  • On Phillips: "Brennan made an impact on our program the minute he showed up on campus.  His work ethic and drive to compete sets him apart from others.  Because of that Brennan has succeeded at every level he has competed at. His approach to playing baseball makes everyone around him better. It is always a plus when your best players are your hardest workers and he is just that."
  • On Burkholder: "Drew has been a workhorse for our program this last year.  He was counted on to start games but also has the ability to close.  He has the competitive mentality to be in the tough situations.  He has worked very hard since he has been here, and we are very excited to see what he can do in year two for us.  Drew understands how important it is to be a great teammate and he also has a way of bringing out the best in the people around him."
