• Northern returns from the holiday break with one open meet and a dual against SD Mines under their belt
• The Wolves closed out 2024 with wins of the Hardrockers, 79-39 on the men's side and 98-23 on the women's
• 16 men are ranked in the top-8 of their respective events in the NSIC including Seth Martens (4^th – 400m), Drew Salfrank (5^th – 400m), Carter Dingman (6^th – 600m), Dylan Schimke (3^rd – 800m), Lincoln Woodring (5^th – 800m), Talan Lunders (8^th – 1000m), David VanVeen (4^th – mile), Jacob Angerhofer (4^th – 3000m), Bailen Hayford (6^th – 3000m), Joel Matehs (4^th – 60m H), Jeff Boschee (4^th – HJ, 8^th - Hep), Eli Radtke (1^st – PV), Sam Tremelling (1^st – PV), Jayden Munroe (5^th – TJ), Ethan Barnett (5^th – SP), and Sean Juengst (7^th – Hep)
• On the women's team, six Wolves are ranked in the top-8 of their league events including Summer Carlson (1^st – 800m), Emaleigh Olesiak (4^th – mile), Abby Hasart (8^th – 3000m), Tayla Dobrenski (4^th – HJ), Bekah Walz (6^th – PV), and Morgan Sheldon (6^th – Pent)
• NSU entered the season picked fourth (men) and seventh (women) in the NSIC Preseason Coaches' Polls
• Nathan Alto, Eli Radtke, Summer Carlson, and Bekah Walz were selected as the team's athletes to watch in 2024-25
