Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State women's soccer team rallied back in the second half to tie against Wayne State, 1-1 Sunday afternoon. On a pass by Alexis Phillips, Eva Larson connected with the net to tie the game late in the final 14 minutes of the game.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Wayne State was on the offensive early with a goal at the 18 minute mark
- Northern State was unable to find the back of the goal as they tallied four shot-on-goals in the first half
- A late rally by the Wolves led to Eva Larson finding the net at the 76 minute mark to tie the game; Alexis Phillips recorded the assist on the play
- NSU was out shot by WSC, 15-7 with only falling short in shot-on-goals by three, 9-6
- In the 18 yard box for Northern State was Alexus Townsend as she recorded eight saves
