- Kelsey Selden tallied her second goal of the season in the first half, kick starting the Wolves offense; Mia Zagorski assisted on the play
- Paige Johnson kept the pressure on the Warriors after a goal at the 36-minute mark, while Zagorski notched her second assist of the evening on the play
- The Warriors responded back with a goal by Grace Seim at the 38-minute mark
- The Wolves fended off a number of Warrior attacks in the contest with Winona State out-shooting Northern 10-6 in total shots and 6-4 in shots on goal
