Manheim, Pa. – The National Wrestling Coaches Association released the post-season top-25 poll today, with the final rankings of the 2022-23 season. Northern State sits at No. 21 with Wyatt Turnquist and Cole Huss ranked in their respective weights.
 
Turnquist moved to No. 7 at 149-pounds with a 21-3 record on the year. Huss sits at No. 5 at 197-pounds, holding a 14-4 record this season.
 
Brackets for the 2023 NCAA National Championships were released last week. Turnquist will open his tournament with the winner of Dallas Wilson (Mount Olive) and Austin Fietz (Lake Erie). Devin Bahr will make his first NCAA appearance against sixth-seeded Nathan Smith of Pitt-Johnstown. Huss will face Bryce Walker of UNC Pembroke in his opening bout of the championships.
