Burnsville, Minn. - Northern State University senior guard Sam Masten was named the NSIC North Division Player of the Week, following the Wolves 2-0 weekend versus St. Cloud State and Minnesota Duluth. This is the fifth award of the season for Masten. 

NSIC North Division Player of the Week - #5 Sam Masten (G, 6-3, 185, Sr., Highlands Ranch, Colo. / Rock Canyon HS) 
- Averaged 26.5 points, 9.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 2.5 steals in a pair of home wins
- Shot 69.0% from the floor, 62.5% from the 3-point line and 80.0% from the foul line 
- Recorded a double-double with 27 points and 12 rebounds in a 79-61 win over SCSU
- Added 26 points with seven assists and six boards in a 89-75 win over UMD
