Northern State Signs Two More for 2022

4/13/2022 2:16:00 PM

Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State University head coach Bob Casper announced today the signing of Lyla Devereaux (Temecula, Calif.) and Livia Karnik (Fargo, N.D.) to a National Letters of Intent. The pair will join Angelica Bochus (Richmond, Texas), Alexis Phillips (Albertville, Minn.), Rylie Reading (Colorado Springs, Colo.), Sera Speltz (Winona, Minn.), Miah Stone (Bemidji, Minn.), and MacKenzie Turner (Belgrade, Mont.) as members of the 2022 signing class.

"Lyla and Livia are the final two additions for a great 2022 freshman class," explained Casper. "Both have a great work ethic to go along with their positive and energetic personalities. Lyla will bring with her some versatility as she has been called upon at times to play in different positions, while maintaining a consistent role in her team's attacking positions. Livia will come in as a forward who can use her pace to stretch the opposition's back line, and help us build towards improving our offensive production in fall 2022.  I'm pleased to add Lyla and Livia, along with their families, to our program and am excited to see them grow during their time as Wolves."
