Football Looks to North Division Play in Minot

Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University football team travels to Minot State University this Saturday for NSIC North Division action. The Wolves and Beavers will kickoff at 2 p.m. in Minot's homecoming game.

NORTHERN STATE STORYLINES
  • Northern travels to Beaver-land with a 3-3 record overall
  • The Wolves are averaging 23.3 points, 127.3 yards rushing, and 212.0 yards passing with 17 total touchdowns this season
  • The NSU defense has seven interceptions, 21 sacks, and his holding their opponents to conversion rates of 33.3 on third down and 16.7 on fourth
  • In addition, the defense leads the NSIC in scoring defense (17.3 ppg), rushing defense (62.0 ypg), and opponent fourth downs (1-6)
