Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University cross country teams are traveling east on Friday, to compete in the annual Roy Griak Invitational hosted by the University of Minnesota. Race times are set for 12 p.m. for the men and 12:45 p.m. for the women.

NORTHERN STATE STORYLINES

• The Wolves are coming off second (women) and third (men) place finishes at the Dragon Twilight two weeks ago
• The NSU women tallied an average time of 15:23.60, while the men came in with an average time of 19:52.60
• Megan Pickering led the way for the women, taking ninth overall with a time of 15:05.02
• Jackson Harrison was the men's leader for the second straight week, finishing as the runner-up with a time of 18:28.30
